A Reason To Eat Cornbread

02 December 2013

Wow.

The weekend is gone and so is Thanksgiving. I already miss it and I ache for a reason to eat sweet potato pie and cornbread.

I pray that each of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with someone you love and most of all that you see how blessed you were to be with them.

I didn't have the opportunity to travel to be with my family in Florida but I was right were I needed to be. At home, with my husband, sharing a delicious meal. I also had the pleasure of having a TTC blate (blogger date) with Kasey. It was a wonderful time to relax, chat, eat, and shop - I don't think a girls' day out could be any better than that. Kasey was more amazing than I could have even imagined and it was as if we were friends for years - our conversation and laughs came so naturally. I can't wait to hang out with her again be sure to pass by her blog to hear more about our date.

With the in-laws, parents, and siblings all packed up to go home the week begins again. So I bring you new wishes for the coming week.

I am in full holiday mode but there are still things that need to be done in my everyday life. So here is the list.

THIS Week's Wishes
Organize my Desk
Do Laundry
Mail Out Christmas Cards
Start Shopping
Plan a Christmas Meal
Find A service project to do with Mr.FixIt

Your Turn: What about you, what are you wishes for this week? What element of Thanksgiving are you missing?
